ULTRA RACING RX-8 3-Point Fender Brackets
ULTRA RACING RX-8 3-Point Fender Brackets is a set left & right side.
BEFORE:
The connection between the A-pillar and the front frame are delivered with harder beats high forces, which has implications for the resistance. This can cause damage to the chassis.
AFTER:
This Ultra Racing brackets makes this sector and distributes forces evenly, which prevents damage to suspension and additionally improves turn-in. Recommended for all vehicles with sports suspension components..
SPECIFICATIONS & DESIGN
All materials are carefully selected to ensure the best outcome for performance and security. The holders are made of 4-5 mm thick steel plates, the hollow steel tubes and oval tubes have a wall thickness of 1.2 - 1.6 mm own. These materials were chosen to ensure that the struts in all driving situations stiff and strong enough, but in a collision deformation (for security reasons).
All raw materials used were successfully tested before use.

Why use steel instead of aluminum Ultra Racing?
First, steel is stronger than aluminum at same size and thickness. To achieve the same strength as steel, aluminum must have the double thickness of steel (steel = 4 mm 8 mm aluminum). The weight savings is not so high compared to aluminum. Of course, there are also exotic materials and alloys that can enable the same Festikgeit of steel, but the costs would be astronomical and therefore not cost-effective for mass production.
